She is so on top of everything for each one of her clients, I don't know how she does it or keeps us all straight and inline, but she does. She is funny, love hearing her laugh. Marianne definitely went out of her way on more than once (like 50) to help us and answer questions or make arrangements or just be there to listen to all my silly questions. She is a wonderful and kind human being. I hope to never move again, but if I do I would not do it without this wonderful lady.

Seller reviewWe purchased our home from Marianne 10 years ago and wanted to work with her again. We knew she was the one that would put in the time to make this process as easy as possible. Being our second home, we were not able to be there to take care of inspections, setting up workers to come in and do the small things that needed to be done. She took care of everything. Marianne is very easy to get along with, and took the time to make sure she knew what we would want done. She knows her market and was very knowledgeable about price and timing. Being able to work smoothly and trusting that everything will go smoothly and on time is a dream for any buyer or seller.
