Seller reviewWe spoke with a number of agents and Marisa Vergel De Dios impressed us the most in terms of her experience, thoughts about the house and the area, recommendations on how to properly price the property, and her personalized and proactive approach to dealing with buyers agents. She showed confidence on getting the house sold and this persuaded us to engage her. MVD was very diligent in helping us prepare the house to put on the market. She did excellent homework when we were discussing pricing of the house, providing comparables and assessing the competition in the area. We felt that her suggestions about upgrading important components of the house were key to getting an offer on the house above asking price one day after listing. She managed the sales contract negotiations very competently and expeditiously and ensured our interests were protected while not discouraging the prospective buyer. Our overall sales experience ended up much more favorable than our most optimistic scenarios.

Marisa is the agent/broker you have been searching for. She always had the correct and most importantly, ethical, answer for even the dumbest of the questions that I asked. From explaining basic stuff to giving detailed explanation for the most complex clauses in the contract, Marisa was just fantastic. You send a text, immediately she will respond, be it any time of the day until very late in the night. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service that was provided to us. Marisa and the CENTURY 21 New Millennium staff at her office deserves the highest possible rating! Marisa Vergel De Dios was extremely nice, friendly, and patient with us. Anything we asked for was provided. Marisa went above and beyond to make us happy, and that is even an understatement.
