Marisa went above and beyond in not only helping me prepare the unit for sale, but helping coordinate efforts with a contractor to renovate the property and make it look irresistible for sale. Once we put the property on the market, it sold in a matter of days and had a lot of interest. I couldn't be happier with Marisa's help, kindness and professionalism. She helped make a very large task manageable and helped me through the process along the way.
