As a long time resident of Mattoon, Marsha serves as a full time Broker. She received her Real Estate License in 1983. She earned the prestigious "Centurion Award" from Century 21 in 2014. She is a past President of the Central Illinois Board of Realtors, Realtor Associate of the Year, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Illinois Board of Realtors. She is active with the United Way and a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She is dedicated to her profession and meeting the special needs of her clients.

Seller reviewWe had a property that we wanted to at least get what we had paid for it, considering that we had made some significant improvements . It was obvious that we would not get that, Marsha was very patient and worked hard to get us the best price in a timely matter, as we were wanting to sell pretty quickly. We have known Marsha for some while. She has represented us in the sale of four properties and in the purchase of two properties. That we keep coming back is our testimonial.
