As a long time resident of Mattoon, Marsha serves as a full time Broker. She received her Real Estate License in 1983. She earned the prestigious "Centurion Award" from Century 21 in 2014. She is a past President of the Central Illinois Board of Realtors, Realtor Associate of the Year, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Illinois Board of Realtors. She is active with the United Way and a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society. She is dedicated to her profession and meeting the special needs of her clients.

She (Marsha Hudson) filled me in on all the details and set up an inspection ,so I would be aware of any problems. I probably would not have purchased the property if Marsha had not helped me. I know her to be an honest ,caring person and I have great confidence in her. She helped me with every step of the way. I had never done any real estate purchases as a single person and felt like I was in good hand with Marsha. I think her real estate record of sales, should speak for itself. She's had many accomplishments over the years.

She kept me informed of every step in the process and was supportive when the first sale fell through. However, she continued to research, communicate, and work very hard to make the next home a reality. We are very pleased with all she did for us in completing the sale of our new home.
