I make every use out of technology, being creative and 'thinking outside the box'. Whether it's uploading custom made video tours, creating a personal website for your home for my Sellers or sending video clips and pictures of properties to my Buyers and arranging showings at their convenience, my job is to determine what your situation warrants and go from there. You should expect a realtor to showcase your home in its best light and do more than just enter data into MLS and snap a few blurry phone pictures. You should also expect a realtor to understand what you're looking for in a home and not settle for something less. This was not a highly priced property so it would have been easy and somewhat understandable if this sale was treated as a low priority but Mary Beth gave us the same attention and support as she would have if this was a million dollar listing. I appreciate that! Mary Beth was never inaccessible, always on top of the sales effort, clearly communicated what was happening and provided options for next steps when it was needed during the sales effort. Mary Beth took care of everything. We really just left it in her hands and followed her direction. She managed the whole process extremely well. Mary Beth has supported us and my son in the past with our real estate efforts. We are very happy with her level of professionalism, understanding of the market and effort to drive a successful outcome.

We were out-of-state property owners and she handled everything from finding service people to coordinating with our tenant to even doing some light cleaning to prepare the house for photos. Even though we are 3 hours apart, she was always accessible and responsive. The house sold in under 2 weeks with multiple offers above asking price. She was very practical about what needed to be done to list the house and what wouldn't return any value. I would have spent a lot more, but she was right! I appreciated Mary Beth's expertise and guidance. Highly recommend!
