Below are some of the comments I included in the survey. I did not want to re-write everything, but I do want to make sure my experience with Mary is heard! "I had previously been renting my property with a different management company, and I was completely unsatisfied with their service and would never trust them with the sale of my property or recommend them to anyone! As I began my search to find someone new to help me in the next process with my property, I was pleasantly surprised when I started talking with Mary Perkins! She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, and she earned my trust right away (since we are not even in the same state as our property, this is VERY important)!" "After 3 days on the market our house received an offer. It did take a couple months to close on our house (after accepting that first offer), but that was of no fault of Mary's, the delay was due to issues with the buyer. But we were kept up to date on what was going on and Mary helped tremendously to ensure we made it to closing." "I cannot say enough good things about Mary. Even before our house was "market ready" (due to an enormous amount of repairs needing to be done), she was willing to help us with whatever we needed. For example, she was picking up house keys, meeting with contractors, she was my eyes and ears! And knowing that our property wasn't a "high price point" making a large amount of money, it meant even more to me that Mary did what she did!" "With my previous property management I couldn't keep track of all the people I had to talk to. Even though I understand people work in "different departments", I should have ONE point of contact to answer my questions instead I me having to make all the calls around the office. At one point I made a list of all the people I had contacted to deal with an issue, and it was 6!!! So the fact that I only had to talk to one person (Mary) to answer any of my questions was also a HUGE relief!" And I would like to add... Being a military family, there are a lot of stressful situations placed on the family. So when you have the pressures of selling a property you cannot SEE whenever you would like, it can be a VERY frustrating experience. I thank Mary for all the help and guidance she gave us throughout this process! Her efforts are very much appreciated! I would definitely recommend Mary!
