Mary was able to provide me all the information that I needed in order to make sure all my paperwork was done correctly. Being overseas and having such a knowledgeable Realtor made a difference and I will be recommending her any time I can. Mary has an incredible personality and is well like in my family. She was courteous to my partner, siblings and children. She is what all real estate agents should strive to be like.

She was intent on finding a suitable property for my wife and I, and was very patient and understanding while we inspected every home she had to show, and struggled with a best choice. She met with me at my job when my schedule did not permit a meeting at her office or at an open house. And when my wife and I finally decided on a property, she sent us a cleaner to clean up the house before we moved in. We are truly grateful to Mrs. Perkins for her service and kindness.
