In 2002, I moved to Loudoun County where I currently reside in Lansdowne Town Center/Leesburg, VA with my husband and 3 year old shelter/rescue dog Tangie.I graduated from Radford University in 1987 and played soccer through college.I have been a full time licensed Real Estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2004 . Maureen was patient and knowledgeable - answering all of my questions in a straightforward and simple manner. I felt like I was informed and supported throughout the entire process - and having Maureen at settlement/closing also provided a sense of ease. When I talked to her on the phone she was very personable and knowledgable. She dived into it straight away asking for our needs and wants. She had me convinced during that first phone call that she is the perfect person for the job. Maureen was always available for questions. She would also give sound advice each time without ever being pushy about us buying any of the properties that we looked at. We changed our mind on what we wanted a couple of times during the process but she was very patient and flexible the entire time. Maureen was great from start to finish. She handled every detail with ease. She was organized and quick when trying to get things done for us. She works very hard to keep her clients happy. She is super flexible and sacrificed a bunch of her weekend time to accommodate our schedule. I would suggest every first time home buyer in nova area to hire Maureen. She will work with you to get you what you want and walk you through the entire process. You will not feel lost. She made the buying process super easy.

I wouldn't put excellent for all of her categories if I honestly didn't think she deserved it. Maureen was not any old broker. Her personal touch and her patience were incredible. She managed a very difficult sale with ALWAYS being on call and with a very positive attitude. She is amazing.
