I am an Alexandria, VA native and have lived in the Northern Virginia area for over 52 years. In 2002, I moved to Loudoun County where I currently reside in Lansdowne Town Center/Leesburg, VA with my husband and 3 year old shelter/rescue dog Tangie.I graduated from Radford University in 1987 and played soccer through college.I have been a full time licensed Real Estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2004 . Seller reviewMaureen has a great track record in the community so we were familiar with her. We also were very impressed with the direct mail/marketing pieces we had gotten in the mail showing all of the listings in our neighborhood along with sales history. Maureen put us at ease immediately. She understood our goals (downsizing empty nesters planning a relocation) and was clear about expectations so we felt well prepared for our big transition. She responded to us quickly whenever we had a question and we always felt well taken care of. We were also VERY impressed with the photos taken and video tour of our home. It looked like a million bucks! (Granted our house was nowhere near worth that ha) But we got lots of great feedback on the listing photos and video. I know this along with the marketing materials (flyers) made a huge difference in how our home was received. We sold it within 24 hours to the first appointment! Maureen was a pleasure to work with. She is clearly an expert on the local market. It was an easy process! We are very happy with the result and are already planning the next step of our lives.
