Meghan shigo is the best, she has sold properties in the colony for years and knows all that needs to be done and how to get it done. Our sale from start to finish was handled expertly by Meghan and her team. She has an excellent reputation in the area. When neighbors asked who's your agent, I would say Meghan and the response was always oh she's good, or ya know, she sold the house over there last year, One neighbor said I should pick her to sell the house not knowing we had already decided she would be our choice. We first met Meghan when she represented the seller of the house that we bought 14 years ago so she's sold this house twice now. I highly recommend her.

Meghan had several challenges with both the house and the property. Two seperate sales. Her Team, escrow and title all worked with us on some of the twist and turns associated with both properties. When my mother passed unexpectedly (95 years old but still living on her own and in reasonably good health), I knew that selling my childhood home would involve a lot of emotions. Meghan Shigo made the process smooth, informative and with a confidence that comes with years of successful experience. Meghan's bubbly personality, optimistic outlook, and thorough knowledge of the neighborhood were very much appreciated. I needed more than someone that did RE part time as a side gig and also knew I needed a hitter given the various issues that arise out of selling a house that I didn't live in for 50 years.
