Meghan Shigo was wonderful to work with! She coordinated everything from getting bids from providers in order to get the house ready to list all the way through to the final sale with me. This was especially important to me as I was living out-of-state during this process. I highly recommend her!

Selling/buying a house is stressful. If you add the fact that the move is to another state, 4 months after major surgery, with a diagnosis of cancer a couple weeks into beginning the process of selling the house, it would be an understatement. Without Meghan's caring and compassionate understanding of our circumstances, we would've never been able to pull it off! She was right next to us, helping us think things through, and very lovingly and patiently working within our time frame, listening to our needs and wants. We sold our home for the full asking price, in December!, during a time when prices started to go down, and the market typically slows down. Meghan went ahead and did her magic, and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome, not only financially but in every sense. Besides God, we credit Meghan with the way things worked out, like clockwork. Meghan worked for us, but showed herself to be a true advocate and friend to us in a very complicated time. We are very happy and grateful to have had the privilege of working with Meghan during one of our hardest seasons in life! We did it!! THANK YOU, MEGHAN! You are truly a champion!

Meghan is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to friends and family. She is a professional and gets things done quickly. I can always rely on her to answer my questions and concerns on a timely manner. I can't imagine having another realtor other than her.
