My career was launched in 2005 on the beautiful Outer Banks NC, relocating back to roots of Hampton Roads VA in 2014. I am knowledgeable of Hampton Roads and Eastern NC, licensed in both states. In addition to home sales I am also an instructor of Pre Licensing Real Estate course for Churchland Academy of Real Estate, CARE.

I take the pressure off of you so that you can make clear and concise decisions, representing my clients to the best of my ability, while educating them throughout every step of the process. Whether contacting the seller or finding contractors, she remained laser focused on our every need. Since we lived out of state, whenever she showed us a listing, we felt like we were walking through ourselves. She pointed out details that she seemed to know mattered to us, often before we realized it . Ms. Baldwin's opinion and knowledge of the entire process from start to finish was simply incredible. When we finally met her, Ms. Baldwin treated us with the same professional and personal demeanor as she'd shown in her correspondences and phone calls. There was this constant feeling that we could trust her throughout, and that she was looking out for us, so that we would get the best possible results. We even started referring to her as "Ms. Melinda" out of respect and appreciation. We will be forever thankful that we had Melinda Baldwin as our realtor, and well recommend her to any of our friends and family who'd become interested in buying a home in the region.
