Seller reviewI met with three realtors to discuss a house sale. Mike was the only one to point out positive selling features of house and property, before pointing out items that may have needed addressing. He was also knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area. Mike was very easy to work with and was always available to answer questions and to offer advise, I found his feedback honest and to the point. I would recommend meeting with Mike if you are planning to buy or sell a home.

Buyer reviewMike was very helpful in our search for our first home, he provided us with listings right away when new houses came onto the market. He was very knowledgeable when doing walk throughs of the houses on what we might want to change or look at and what estimated costs might be to renovate. After many viewings he was still very encouraging saying that the right house was out there and we just had to keep at it. The house we finally purchased had been on the market for only a few hours when he sent me the listing, and he was able to get us a viewing that same day! It really helped us to have the edge on any other prospective buyers because we were the first people to view the property, 2 days later our offer was accepted! And he helped us all the way through to the closing to finish everything in a timely matter. I would 100% recommended Mike to anyone searching for a home.

Seller reviewMike Kaney was able to bring a great offer for the sale of 240 Ansley Court after just 2 days on the market. He provided great assistance in the timely closing of the property in the midst of the death of the owner (my mother-in-law) just prior to closing date; with his help we were able to close the house for the estate of my mom-in-law with minimal delay.
