My brothers and I were helping to sell our father's home as he transitioned into an independent living facility. Frankly, we were not always on the same page regarding what to do to prepare the house for sale. Mike was very honest and strait-forward with his recommendations, which I really appreciated. He handled the situation very well and we followed his recommendations. We were not disappointed with the results. Mike was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He was always available and quickly returned my calls or text messages. I would highly recommend Mike.

I don't usually make any recommendations of brokers/services/institutions to anyone re: financial matters such as real estate sales.That's why the recommendation question on the previous page was "Good". I would probably prefer NA. But Mike Kaney was great and I would personally engage him in the future if the need arises.
