One quality not captured by the list of characteristics is Michele's sense of humor, which over the years has helped me avoid discouragement in difficult market conditions. Thanks to Michele, the contract process went smoothly, and her knowledge of the market helped us reach a fair purchase price in short order. Since I was traveling during contract negotiations, I really appreciated Michele's willingness to get on calls or work odd hours to accommodate my schedule.
