Seller reviewI met Michele 8 years ago when I was searching for a new home in the Ballston Metro area (Arlington, County, VA). She was referred to me by a work colleague who enjoyed working with Michele years before. We instantly connected. I appreciated her friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, while at the same time, her ability to demonstrate high-quality professionalism and a willingness to "go the extra mile" to get me into a new home. When it came time to sell that home 8 years later (due to a retirement-related relocation), I thought no further than hiring Michele to be my agent. She compiled a set of comps that supported a much higher sale value than I was expecting, and we had 22 viewings and three offers in three days!
