Dear Nancy,
I wanted to thank you for your thoroughly professional job with a personal touch in regard to helping us sell my sister's condo. With my sister in a nursing home and Medicaid looming on the financial horizon, time was of the essence in selling her condo. You came up with excellent strategies for attracting interest and making the sale in a timely fashion - in less than two months! I read this week that a quarter of homes sold nationally lose money because of today's economy. With your strategies, my sister realized a good profit, enabling her to have more resources to get things she needs. Your personal touches were also greatly appreciated. With my living in New York, distance made it frustrating at times. You not only kept in constant touch, but also supplied reassurance when, as a first time home seller, I was feeling stress or anxiety. You gave of your time and energy to take care of little things that would have been a 700 mile round trip for my husband and I. My only regret is that when we are ready to sell our house in Rochester, you are not here to be our agent. God bless you Nancy!

Buyer reviewNancy was excellent! Once we told her what we were looking for, she was able to help us find our dream home. She gave great advice and would note some pros and cons before, during, and after the tour of the house, which was extremely helpful. She was great at communicating with us and responding to our requests. If we asked to see a certain property, she was able to get us in quickly (which is a huge part of how we ended up with the house we bought). As new buyers, we were unsure about a lot of aspects of buying a home, but Nancy was right there beside us to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Nancy!

We gave Nancy's name to a couple of neighbors in Townelake. She's an amazing realtor and regret that we didn't deal with her from the get go. She's a force to be reckon with.
