Dear Nancy,
I wanted to thank you for your thoroughly professional job with a personal touch in regard to helping us sell my sister's condo. With my sister in a nursing home and Medicaid looming on the financial horizon, time was of the essence in selling her condo. You came up with excellent strategies for attracting interest and making the sale in a timely fashion - in less than two months! I read this week that a quarter of homes sold nationally lose money because of today's economy. With your strategies, my sister realized a good profit, enabling her to have more resources to get things she needs. Your personal touches were also greatly appreciated. With my living in New York, distance made it frustrating at times. You not only kept in constant touch, but also supplied reassurance when, as a first time home seller, I was feeling stress or anxiety. You gave of your time and energy to take care of little things that would have been a 700 mile round trip for my husband and I. My only regret is that when we are ready to sell our house in Rochester, you are not here to be our agent. God bless you Nancy!

Over the years, she has proven to be a trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring realtor. I would not consider working with any other relator in the area. Nancy took care of inspections, kept everyone on the same page with communication, she handled key exchanges, and interacted with my tenants when I was renting. She does everything to ensure her clients are happy.

I cannot say enough positive about Nancy- she guided us every step of way and was spot on! Got an offer first weekend of showing. Nancy had the experience, knowledge and wisdom of a truly seasoned and talented agent. She was super supportive every step. There were some delays along the way but Nancy was always there to problem solve and keep us on track.
