Nick Blesz was amazing! I was a single woman selling a very old home after numerous life changes. It was a bit overwhelming to me. Nick listened to my expectations and needs, and helped me keep my expectations realistic while supporting & respecting any decision I made . Nick told me he would be available to me 24/7, and he was!! He typically responded to me within 10 minutes and if he was going to be unavailable for a period of time he would let me know. He patiently guided me through the process, would check in throughout, always answered my questions, and kept me on track with all the required tasks.
