From copious information on brokers and financing to his honest assessment of houses we saw, Nick went above and beyond while we hunted for our home. Once we found a house we liked, Nick was incredibly helpful guiding us through putting in an offer, having a home inspection, and negotiating on price. He made sure we had all the information we needed leading up to closing. While Nick was our agent, we also got to interact with Dee Allen. Dee also has a wealth of knowledge about the area and real estate. He brings a buoyancy to buying a home that you wouldn't expect. Our experience was excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending Nick or Dee to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a house! If you are a first time home buyer or this is your fifth house (or your tenth), call Nick!

Nick put together a great plan for our house to sell it quickly. We also worked with Nick to buy a new house and he was insightful and detailed in helping us find the perfect house. Nick is a diligent guy, very easy to work with, and readily available for things both big and small that come up during the process. Nick had timely turnarounds and replies, was helpful and knowledgeable about all steps of they process, and had great recommendations and advice.

Highly recommended! Great experience and we had fun the whole time too. Normally the home buying experience is fairly stressful but this one was anything but and I have Nick to thank for that!

Nick Turner was awesome, He is young , but do not let that fool you. Felt the whole time that we were being taken care of and he took his position seriously ... we know we all have to make a living,but I felt this was more than a paycheck .. I could see this was taken as a challenge and to do good work ...He made sure we had full communication at where we were at in the whole process...professionalism was at its best.. very happy and of course the home signed a contract at opening day ... the results of good preparation in all aspects Nick is someone I would recommend to buying or selling to anyone
