Seller reviewNick has been the absolute best resource I could have hoped for when buying and (soon-to-be) selling my home. He worked with me through a difficult negotiation and got me the house at a price that was even better than I was expecting! He's been super helpful when it comes to pricing the market or reaching out for questions about how and when to put my current home on the market as well and I will 100% be having Nick and the Allen-Turner Home Team sell my home when ready. I definitely recommend Nick and the team here and could not speak more highly of them all around! UPDATE: 3 years later and I did in fact use Nick and team to sell my home! They worked hard to help get the place ready and our listing and photographs were amazing. We ended up having one offer before we even listed, had several more the first weekend we listed, and ended up getting a great offer above listing price! I definitely recommend Nick Turner and the Allen-Turner team for both buying and selling!

Buyer reviewPersonally have known Nick since college, but he was recommended by two mutual friends whom he had already helped purchase a home. Nick was amazing throughout the experience, especially taking into account the madness of the early 2021 Atlanta housing market, with low inventory, watching houses leave the market in days or hours at ridiculous prices. Kept us informed of opportunities and kept us from chasing houses that didn't meet our needs. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick even went into homes and did videos for us to save time and keep us safe. Nick was impressive. Quick to call, text, email with any developments, and kept us on track throughout the process. If we wanted to know about a house we saw online, he looked into it for us. Was great at keeping our spirits up as some houses were bought for cash outside our price range (and well outside their listed prices) and helped us get the perfect house for us. Everyone was friendly and professional, from initial reviews of our own home as a sales opportunity, to the mimosas at closing.

He became like a close friend during the process, was very candid and enjoyable to talk to, and very competent about the market. He made sure that I was well informed the whole time and put me in contact with his preferred lender who was also super nice and competent. I will refer him to everyone I know buying a home in Atlanta and the metro area. I am extremely happy with the services provided by Nick and so glad I used him as my realtor!

His dedication to finding houses and dealing with the sellers was more than expected.
