I was born and raised in Maine where I spent 52 years building a wonderful family and multi-location retail jewelry business. After decades of shoveling snow, snow blowing and very cold winters, my wife and I had lost our love of winter. Both of our daughters had left the nest so 8 years ago we found Citrus County, essentially Maine without the Cold and Snow and moved to Pine Ridge Estates in Beverly Hills. After running the retail chain from long distance with many airline miles to Maine, I ultimately decided it was time to change careers. With a BS in Accounting and Finance and an extensive background in Sales, marketing, sales training and management it was obvious that Real estate was a perfect fit. Having a love of people and knowing the value of always putting the client first I decided that J.W. Morton Real Estate, Inc was the right firm to work with. Buyer reviewNick is absolutely amazing! My son and I decided we would find a home within Citrus County or the Ocala area having only been to Ocala one time. I asked for information on a home and that's when Nick called me. From the start, he was very informative and made me feel like I could really trust him. He knows what he is talking about and is a very intelligent man! As homes became available, he made sure to check the area and make sure the neighborhood was safe/a good fit for us. Nick went above and beyond to explain to me the pros and cons of every house and was VERY quick to respond to all of my needs. I had a 38 day delay in closing due to the government shutdown and Nick was right there every step of the way. During this time, he stayed positive and in touch with me frequently. He knows this business in and out and will not let you down. I have already recommended him to family that will be moving to Florida shortly, and I highly recommend him to you! He will not disappoint you or your family and will always have your best interest at heart. I felt more like a friend or family to Nick and knew I could without doubt trust him!!! Please take my word for it, you wont be disappointed!!! He is a one of a kind!

Seller reviewNICK takes the job very seriously and his follow up is very good. He has a fine character and is very likable. And he provides a fine service, It took time to find the right buyer but his enthusiasm was not effected by that. We did not quite get the price for the house we expected but hardly his fault.
