Nicole is extremely knowledgable and always has a smile on her face. One of her biggest assets in this field is that she is not pushy or bothersome. She knew what we were looking for and we found it and her help with all of the paperwork was superb. She is truly an asset to Century 21 in our opinion. When we decided on house she sent us property pictures and prices comparable in our area. She also, when going through the property for sale, pointed out all of the pros and cons to us if we were going to go through with the purchase and also what price she thought was fair for us to offer. Our closing was flawless with not one problem whatsoever. We bought another house 33 years ago and the closing was a nightmare! She is excellent in all the above areas...absolutely have not one complaint and I would be honest no matter what. We were worried about all of the paperwork and she took care of absolutely everything down to the last detail. Even noticed a mistake closing company made in their paperwork which she noticed immediately and contacted them to fix it which they did! I can tell by the experience my husband and I had with Nicole Edwards, that she is going to be very successful in the future in the real estate business.
