I was often delayed in my travel to PA and she worked around this. She was always pleasant and polite. I consider myself lucky to have met her when I visited the office while driving around the area I was interested in. She continues to offer assistance to me even after the closing ! I would recommend her to friends and family anytime! Thank you!

Her negotiating skills far surpassed what we had expected for such a young agent. She was also helpful to the buyer of our home when their agent was unable to answer their questions or was unreachable. She was kind enough to help them through this process while assuring us the best possible price for our home. She was also instrumental in negotiating several of the buyer's "wants" out of the contract. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for an agent. She was professional, genuinely kind, quick in response time, and so easy to work with.

Buyer reviewWe really enjoyed working with Nicole! We wanted a house that was a true fixer upper and she was more than happy to take us to places that most people would not want to look at. She was always prepared for whatever we might come across! When we finally found our house we had a particularly lengthy process and she kept us updated on everything that was going on. We worked with a small bank from our home town and our loan officer had nothing but great things to say about Nicole.
