Buyer reviewNicole did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and was very knowledgeable of the real estate market. She even told me that I could ask $10k more for my condo than we originally thought based on changing market conditions. She was spot on as my condo sold within a week. She also showed me a variety of types of housing so I would be able to make the best choice. The condo that I bought was at a great price and exactly what I wanted. Nicole always got back to me with answers to any questions that I had. Because of this we were able to see enough properties for me to get a feel for what would be best for me- the inventory was low so moving quickly and communicating in a timely way was critical. Working with Nicole made a potentially stressful situation painless. I knew I could depend on her knowledge of the area and her professionalism to help get the best results possible.

Buyer reviewNicole was great, especially in the market we were looking to purchase a home. We had been seriously looking for a home for about a year (May 2016-April 2017), homes were getting sold in less than a week from when they went on the market. Once we were in contact with Nicole, the process became easier. She was great with communicating and excellent at dealing with the seller and the sellers agent. We found a home that we loved and then we were the ones who were in contract in that short period of time amid many other offers on the home. I would highly recommend Nicole Loffredo to anyone looking for a home.

She helped us to see outside the box in local areas which she was very knowledgeable. She was proactive in searching for homes in a sellers market where houses were listed and sold very quickly. It was her persistence and perseverance that helped us to be able to find,,successfully bid and obtain the perfect home for us . The qualities that she displayed are unique and were instrumental in the success and satisfaction in making this purchase a pleasant experience . We are extremely pleased with the real estate we chose as they provided a wonderful support system for their brokers as well . Seller reviewRealistically Nicole told me what the home was worth and what the market was..... But I guess I didn't really want to let the home go because of sentimental value and tried to hold onto it a bit longer by keeping the price up. Nicole was patient with me probably knowing the circumstances , and let me lower the price when I was ready to let it go. When the home was priced right.... It went very quick. She knows her stuff!!!!! I would highly recommend Nicole Lofreddo to anyone wanting to sell their home.. She is young and very knowledgable about the market - she's the type of person you feel like you know all your life and want to stay friends with after the sale of your home!!! Thanks Nicole for all you have done for me- you made this difficult time very manageable for me.
