Seller reviewNicole did a great job of evaluating the price of the condo I was selling. Her Marketing Plan was professional and showed that she was really in touch with the ever changing real estate market in the area. Nicole was always available for questions, etc. that I had about selling my condo. I felt comfortable asking her anything about the process price, etc. Over the holidays I took my condo off the market and when I was ready to put it back on Nicole told me we could ask for more due to the changing market. My condo sold in about 2 weeks. Nicole was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. Nicole got results that I didn't think would be possible. She is easy going and I never felt pressured to accept any offers that were less than our target price.
