Nicole McNabb is a Northern Virginia native. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Nicole's prior management, training and software support experiences have helped her procure the skill set necessary to be an organized and an efficient Realtor. Being a native of Northern Virginia, she knows the local market is truly like no other and is attentive to both sellers and buyers as to their specific needs, wants and must-haves. She instructs several Spin/Cycle and Yoga classes at her local gym. Her other hobbies include, cycling outdoors, hiking and running but her favorite hobby is taking her little Havanese dog for long walks.

Nicole consistently provided us links to homes that matched our criteria, even before we were ready to provide an offer. It was as great way for us to get an understanding of what was out there and what we could afford. Nicole was very responsive and always available when we had questions about the house and the buying process. She was present at the inspection and was very helpful in what we could ask of the sellers. Nicole genuinely made sure we were ok with every step we took. Seller reviewWhen we were looking at relocating to a different county, we were afraid that we were hitting the sales season wrong. Nicole gave us tips on how to stage the home, helped me put the finishing touches for photos, and gave us great advise. How great? We had an offer within 2 hours. Our house was pending in less than a day. That's how amazing she is. You cannot go wrong with Nicole, she's amazing!

With her help, we were able to sell our home within 2 hours and find a new one and close on both in less than 28 days. Nicole helped us find our dream home. She is phenomenal and we would absolutely work with her again, but since I have no intentions of ever leaving my new home, I'll just have to refer to her all my family and friends.

Buyer reviewAfter I noticed a "coming soon" sign in front of a house in an awesome neighborhood, I mentioned it to Nicole. She drove past the house, spoke to the owner, who happened to be outside, and the owner allowed her to view the house before it went up for sale. Shortly after she viewed the house, she called me and got me a showing before the house went on the market. After my husband and I saw the house, the next day, we put an offer on the house and it was under contract before it was listed. Nicole was excellent to work with.

Seller reviewNicole McNabb posted a picture of our townhouse as "coming soon" on Facebook, as a result of her posting she found our buyers. Our townhouse was under contract about 3 weeks before it was supposed to go on MLS.
