Nicole McNabb is a Northern Virginia native. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Nicole's prior management, training and software support experiences have helped her procure the skill set necessary to be an organized and an efficient Realtor. Being a native of Northern Virginia, she knows the local market is truly like no other and is attentive to both sellers and buyers as to their specific needs, wants and must-haves. She instructs several Spin/Cycle and Yoga classes at her local gym. Her other hobbies include, cycling outdoors, hiking and running but her favorite hobby is taking her little Havanese dog for long walks.

Buyer reviewWe knew we were going to purchase new construction when we started with our home buying process with Nicole McNabb. We knew it was important to have buyer representation even when purchasing a new home from a builder. Our goal was to have our transaction go smoothly as possible but in case a hiccup arose, we knew we could count of Nicole McNabb's expertise and knowledge to help us through the process. Nicole looked out for our best interest throughout the transaction by accompanying us to many new construction sites, attending sales meetings, keeping in touch with the builder project manager, the mortgage lender, attending the home inspection and, finally to the new home orientation. She guided us through a rough patch by showing us all possible scenarios and made us look at the bigger picture and helped us process through the situation with a positive outcome. She was instrumental in moving up the settlement date because we were worried about an impending snowstorm. Buyer reviewNicole's number one quality is that she made my wife and I feel like we were her only client. We know this not to be true, but because she was always within minutes of responding we felt like we were not missing any opportunities in this crazy market. Lastly, she went above and beyond by going to homes and giving virtual tours on many occasions when my wife and I could not make it up from VA Beach. We must have looked at nearly 100 homes between Fairfax and Loudon Counties; Nicole never gave the impression that this was too much running around and always seemed happy to be at the next home for viewing. We are/were a transitioning military family. In this market there were times when we thought we might have to consider other living arrangements, but Nicole ensured us that we would find the right home. Her attitude and confidence made us feel very calm and not "pressed" to make a bad decision.
