She had been patiently working with us for a couple of years until we were ready to commit to selling our first home. With her commitment and dedication she was able to sell our home over asking price. This was a very huge for us and a very memorable experience. Purchasing our new home was equally great as she found all our must haves and we were able put in an offer right away. The whole process was really smooth. When closing on our new home, she just made us feel special with her thoughtfulness. What sepperates Nivia from others is she has a true passion for what she does and she is really good at it. She wants to educate her clitents and is very reliable when you need her. We were able to build a relationship that we could trust. We felt we were in safe hands when we choose Nivia to be our agent and we know others will be too when choosing her.

Seller reviewNivia took what could have been a stressful situation and made it easy. She sold our home in less than 24 hours! Great at estimating the price point, we made an excellent on our home, yet it sold quickly. Nivia is professional, kind, and has a great sense of humor. We actually moved and left town before we put our home up for sale. Coordinating signing documents with a notary was straightforward, but only because of Nivia. She would let us know any time something was emailed and needed to be signed. She was available any time to answer questions about the paperwork. When we were closing, the title company asked me to sign papers ASAP, they said I needed to do it that day. My husband and I both work full time! There was no way it could happen. One quick phone call to Nivia, and she took care of it so we could coordinate a day later in the week where we could both get time to meet in person with the notary to sign. If you want a shenanigans-free sale and if you want someone to wrangle all parties involved so the sale is smooth, Nivia is your go-to person! Thank you!
