Seller reviewWhen Nivia first came by to look at the house, I had a renter who was threatening to not pay rent and stay. I wasn't sure how to handle her but when I talked to Nivia about her, Nivia supplied me with forms I needed to evict her and all went well.. Nivia actually cared about the house and my situation and was always in contact with me so I could make improvements on the house to get the most money from the sale. Thank you very much Nivia
