She was the most patient and never gave up on us - but also never pushed us. When we were finally ready she jumped into action and always had our best interest at heart. She explained every decision along the way - and while we always knew every decision was ultimately up to us, we followed her lead every step of the way because she is so knowledgeable and leads with her head AND heart. Her clients become like family - and we completely see why. We never felt out of the loop, or lost on next steps. She explained every bit of the process in detail and made sure we had the best of the best - we truly felt like her only clients at times, and I know we weren't!
