Everything she said at that first meeting convinced us that she understood what was required from a standpoint of both pricing and marketing. As it turned out, we made a very wise decision. Thanks to Trish Frostbutter, we received a full price offer two days after we listed the house. She did a superb job of representing us when various small issues arose during negotiations. We felt as if we were in excellent hands throughout the process. I wish there was some way we could rate Trish higher than "excellent" with regard to her level of knowledge. She really understands the business inside and out. We have dealt with nine real estate agents over the last 33 years. (We have bought and sold five houses during that period of time.) Trish Frostbutter was BY FAR the best agent we have ever dealt with.
