I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1979. I have held real estate licenses in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Arkansas. My real estate background includes positions such as office manager, sales manager in various companies, and as owner/partner in a five office company in California.
My wife Judi and I relocated to Mountain Home in 1993. We could not be happier with the marvelous lifestyle we have found in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks. We both enjoy golf and gardening.
As a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, I offer knowledge, integrity, and service to my clients when making that important decision of the purchase or selling of real property.

Seller reviewPete was highly recommended by other home owners in the area. After meeting Pete it was immediately apparent he had the knowledge and experience I was looking for. I felt his reputation and trustworthiness played an important part in finding a buyer. I had to leave the state before the home sold. Pete went above and beyond to visit the house and ensure everything was in order. For example, 3 to 4 time a week he needed to stop by and empty the reservoirs on my dehumidifiers.

Seller reviewI can't say enough good things about Pete. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, understanding & very easy to talk to. You knew you could trust him. He cared about you & your situation - as an individual, not just as another possible "sale". He was also available - easy to get in touch with & always prompt to get back to you & answer any questions. He is a man of integrity & I have great respect & trust for him & whatever he recommends. I wish they were all like him !!! I've said it all in the other comments - He's SUPER !!! Again, I can't say enough good things about Pete. He is just marvelous, and made everything very easy for me - especially because I live in Wisconsin & not in Arkansas. I wish everyone's experience could be like mine. It was really hard to sell my Parents home, especially with my Dad's recent passing, but when you have someone like Pete, who cares & is compassionate & understanding, it just helps close the chapter with a happy ending !
