I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1979. I have held real estate licenses in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Arkansas. My real estate background includes positions such as office manager, sales manager in various companies, and as owner/partner in a five office company in California.
My wife Judi and I relocated to Mountain Home in 1993. We could not be happier with the marvelous lifestyle we have found in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks. We both enjoy golf and gardening.
As a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, I offer knowledge, integrity, and service to my clients when making that important decision of the purchase or selling of real property.

He ran every step of the process by me before making any important decisions. He handled everything I asked him to do and went beyond my request to make sure it was perfect. Seller reviewThe house had previously been listed for 12 months through another agency and even after a $12,000 price reduction there was little interest shown. With Pete, his suggestions cost a few bucks to get things "market ready", but after having done so, we had a contract within 2 weeks just short of the asking price.
