Seller reviewRandy Sullivan handled the complexities involved of we, the Sellers, residing 100 miles outside the area where the home was located. He showed compassion in the selling of our deceased parents' home. Randy also showed great patience in having to deal with two Sellers of the property. I really appreciated his timeliness in calls/call backs when needed. When Randy had made suggestions during the process and we did not agree with his ideas, he was understanding and professional about it. Randy was available for us all hours of the day, and every day of the week. He was able to answer my questions quickly and made sure we were up to date during the entire process.
