He went above and beyond with getting us connected with a lender for our bridge loan and he was in constant communication through out the whole process. I would highly recommend him.

Buyer reviewI had the impression that I had Reuben's full attention throughout the process. He was very helpful. Reuben may have less experience than other brokers, but that added to the feeling that we were in it together and since I was buying my first house and doing it alone- I valued the "we're a team, us against the world" thing. David and Reuben are great, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Reuben worked hard to find me a great house and I'm happy with the process and results. He'll be getting a Christmas card from me.

On relatively short notice, he scheduled an entire day of house hunting for us, with homes in our price range that met our needs. Throughout the offer / closing process, he kept us abreast of all changes, reminded us of tasks we needed to follow through with, and stayed 2 steps ahead of us at all times. I highly recommend Reuben, and will be using him again in the future when we find ourselves ready to purchase another property.
