In the last 5 years, Reuben has helped us purchase two properties and sell one. He has been our guiding light through negotiation and all the contract fine print, and helped us secure two great homes. He has been our realtor as we moved to Michigan from out of state, he has also been our realtor while we hunted for our dream property (over the course of a few years). I was a first time homebuyer who was very nervous about the homebuying process. I looked into other realtors before Reuben, but none of them were as responsive to my initial inquiry as Reuben was! Reuben made the entire homebuying process E-A-S-Y! He explained everything precisely and in easy-to-understand terms, and was more than willing to answer the million questions that arose during the process. His responsiveness was insane--his ability to get me a showing the same day my house was listed is ultimately what allowed me to get a competitive offer in early! He was very thoughtful about forming an offer that was both attractive to the seller and within my means. Reuben was extremely personable, a great source of information, and on top of every part of the homebuying process. I never had to worry things weren't being completed in a timely manner--he was always ahead of the game! He was great at working with not only me but my lender and the seller's agent. I would recommend Reuben to anyone looking for a realtor and if I had to do it again, I'd pick Reuben every time!
