Seller reviewRick not only took on two of our houses at the same time, but dealt with both my husband and I living out of state. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I contacted him several months before we were ready to put the houses on the market and he talked me through a few options. When I reengaged with him, months later, he still remembered all the details we had spoken about and was ready to move with placing the houses on the market. We all had different working hours, but he made it work easily, staying in contact with us via phone, email and text. Both houses sold in no time at all and he made all the paperwork effortless. We were out of state throughout the entire process and Rick was kind enough to take on everything from start to finish on our behalf. I can not stress enough how amazing he is to work with and would recommend Rick Gonzalez to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house(s)!
