Buyer reviewMy Wife and I are out of state investors and found Rick Gonzalez online. We chose Rick because he had experience working with investors in the past, is very knowledgeable with the Phenix City/Columbus area, has over 20 years experience as a Realtor, as well as experience as a lender. He also has a great team of people he recommended for our loan, repairs and property management needs Rick was outstanding from first introduction to continued commutation after closing. Rick did live video tours for us on the properties we looked at. He did a great job negotiating for us on our deal, including the seller agreeing to put a new roof on the property. Rick was very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated often and clearly. We will be using Rick for any of our future real estate needs.

He provided us with recommendations for surveyors, homeowners insurance agents and with the phone numbers for local water and electric company. Anytime we ask for something, he always responded.

Buyer reviewRick was chosen by a potential employer to help show my wife the area around Auburn and Columbus. Rick spent the weekend showing us homes and informing us of the area and communities even though we weren't initially moving. I think this showed a lot about his dedication to his career in that where most would have dismissed my wife and I, Rick continued to act as if this situation was normal and asked questions and tried to understand our situation better. The interaction before we had an offer was the reason we chose to stay with Rick. We felt another realtor wouldn't provide the same service and knowledge of such a broad geographical area.

Seller reviewRick always followed up with the agents who showed the property. He communicated well with me even when the news wasn't necessarily great. He helped me make corrections to keep the house in the best light to the buying public. I always felt that my home was constantly being reviewed by him. He did not just list it and forget it.
