I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for in a home...clearly I did not! Lol! But Rick never hesitated to take me to any and every home I wanted to look at, until I found MY home. He was always courteous and professional, and honest and upfront throughout the whole process. As a contractor working overseas, even with the 9 1/2 hr time difference, Rick managed to always keep me posted, every step of the way. As a customer, that's the level of service you deserve.
