Seller reviewI had my house listed with another agent I was not pleased with this agent Mr. Gonzalez showed my house three times while it was listed and as we talked he was very complementary of my home and said he would love to sell it I was impressed with him showing it several times and also his determination I found him very personable and felt that he would do an excellent job if I relisted it at the end of my contract Therefore after my contract ended I contacted Mr. Gonzalez and he came to the house and showed me what he would be doing in an effort to sell my house I was very impressed and he was very knowledgeable Very impressed with all of the pictures he posted with a charming description of each room especially referring to the southern charm. Of my historic home. He also had an open house and had a good turnout. No cleanup for me

Our loan officer took months to get us closed on our house and I think he still wouldn't have if it weren't for Rick. Rick stuck with us the entire time and did everything in his power to help. He listened to our concerns and helped us through them. He talked us through every step of the purchase. He called the loan officer and was an advocate for us when we couldn't call the loan officer or we didn't know what to say to him Rick knew and took care of it all. He knows his business and the areas he works well! We can't thank him enough for all he did for us!!

I'd recommend him to a new buyer or a seasoned vet. He knows exactly what steps to take to get you where you need to be before, during, and after the purchasing process. Rick also has friends in a lot of different trades that saved me A LOT of money such as home inspectors, septic inspectors, and termite inspectors just to name a few.
