Buyer reviewRick was our go-to guy with everything. He was super accessible, eager to answer our questions, and we felt that he had our best interest in heart. He was a great negotiator and helped to secure a house that was initially above our budget. With his candor and experience, we were able to negotiate the price down to something much more reasonable. The only criticism we would have is with closing. We felt out of the loop during the closing process and the various obstacles we encountered. It would have been helpful to hear more from him during that time rather than us reaching out to him. Regardless of that small critique, we would still recommend Rick 100% to anybody looking to buy a house!
