He was very knowledgeable of what to look for and pay attention to as we walked through houses I was interested in, and in the end his assistance payed off in negotiating my deal. I would absolutely recommend Rick as he provided helpful knowledge, always responded promptly to me, and was generally a great agent to work with.

Seller reviewRichard Lawless was awesome. We highly recommend him. He's very professional, patient, very knowledgeable in the area of real estate, and have excellent customer service. We worked with him for the past three years (rented our condo a couple of years before deciding to sell it), and primarily worked with him when we were already living out of state. However, he was so good at communicating and keeping us in-the-know about our condo and the housing market that it really felt like we were dealing with him in person. The sell of our condo was a bit tricky, but he was patient, very positive, and did a great job fr sell to transaction to closing. Lifesaver!
