A quick reply and pleasant first contact in which I felt Robert wanted to listen to our concerns. We felt Robert was always there to either answer our questions or was able to get ahold of sales representatives and have them answered that way. It was a good experience from beginning to end, and have already recommended him to a close friend.

Bob worked with us for 17 months, from our first meeting to the closing. He guided us through the home search process, first helping us to figure out which communities we liked and why. Once that was done, we selected the models we preferred and he was able to locate available properties in those communities. Once we made our decision he walked us through the offer, inspection, final negotiation, and close. Bob also provided us with information regarding suppliers of services we required but had no local contacts for. This was critically important in obtaining a mortgage, homeowner's insurance, other services we needed to use without knowing anyone in the area. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking for a home in the area.
