After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Seller reviewWhen interviewing other agents Robin stood out because she answered all the questions quickly and efficiently. She knew the real estate procedures and what was currently going on in the community. Also, her properties are well represented online, the photographer she uses does an excellent job with the photos making properties look great in all the internet sites which was extremely important to us. We are extremely happy we selected Robin. She went above and beyond. Robin went over to the property, as I had already relocated out of state, and met the a/c repairmen and helped with making the staging look great. She also met the buyer's agent's clients at the house and showed them the property because he couldn't, and I truly believe that she sold the buyers on my property. Robin dealt with the homeowners association as well. While she was on vacation you would never know because she was always available and on top of everything. We had a bad experience with a previous agent so unfortunately for Robin she inherited that, and as a result we were a little emotional at times, but she stayed very professional. Robin was friendly but more importantly, professional and business focused. She got the job done!

We closed in 16 days.She kept us update daily and was always absilable.She goes above and beyond to solve any questions or issues. She is the best!!! She availed herself to us always. What a great agent! Have purchased an d sold several homes with Beggins. They have always been professional and handled all transaction with acvuracu and completeness. Seller reviewI met Robin Bennett at an Open House in Sun City Center 2-3 years ago. Also, from that conversation, I discovered that Robin had lived in the same town in Iowa that my husband and I had lived in for 40 years! I liked Robin's forthright, honest manner, and decided that when we needed to sell our home, we would visit with her and see if it was a good fit. We chose Robin because she seemed to be very up-to-date about today's Seller's market in Florida. Homes are moving fast and at a high price-point. Robin had an idea in her mind of the value of our home and priced it to achieve that amount. She did not want a bidding war situation, but went with a price of current market value. My husband and i also gave our input and we came up with a price. The house sold quickly and we were very happy with the outcome.
