After devoting the majority of my career to long term care, I made a decision to change directions in my career path after moving to Florida. Originally from Canada, I have spent a large portion of my life living in the United States due to my husband's career. Having experienced nine major relocations between Canada and the United States, I can honestly say that I have accumulated a great deal of experience in both purchasing and selling residential real estate. I understand the importance of listening to the needs of both buyers and sellers to achieve the ultimate goal of the clients' satisfaction. I have perfected the skills it takes to "get the job done." So, you may say that I am making a career from something I have done many times for my own family. Seller reviewI met Robin Bennett at an Open House in Sun City Center 2-3 years ago. Also, from that conversation, I discovered that Robin had lived in the same town in Iowa that my husband and I had lived in for 40 years! I liked Robin's forthright, honest manner, and decided that when we needed to sell our home, we would visit with her and see if it was a good fit. We chose Robin because she seemed to be very up-to-date about today's Seller's market in Florida. Homes are moving fast and at a high price-point. Robin had an idea in her mind of the value of our home and priced it to achieve that amount. She did not want a bidding war situation, but went with a price of current market value. My husband and i also gave our input and we came up with a price. The house sold quickly and we were very happy with the outcome.

Seller reviewRobin provided above and beyond service to help our family. She coordinated much more than what was expected of her role. She helped us with an unexpected air conditioning repair, coordinated all cleaning services, and even checked our mail on our behalf! Above and beyond these examples, she really understands the neighborhood and real estate market in the Sun City area.

Seller reviewAfter one buyer backed out last minute and we thought our dreams of moving closer to family were shattered, Robin assured us this was just a blip and the next buyer would love our property as much as we loved our new home to be. She couldn't have been more correct as 2 days later she was writing a new contract. Robin was very friendly and very informative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to buy or sell. She's the best!
