He took his time and explained everything to us and gave us examples of all the paperwork that we would need to sign so that there were no surprises at the signing. Ron was great. My husband had seen a house for sale and had called Ron about what else was in the area, the next day we went in to see Ron and went through a list with our criteria to see what was available. We went and saw houses on our own and then we narrowed down our search with Ron and looked at a few open houses. The one we settled on was actually under contract with with another buyer so we kept looking, but found nothing. We were starting to get frustrated by the market but Ron kept sending us houses to look at while keeping a look on the one that we had fallen in love with. About a week after we had seen the house Ron called and told us that that particular house was back on the market. We made a written offer that day and submitted it. Ron walked us through the whole process and explained what everything meant. He helped us get with a home loan specialist and turn everything in on time and with the correct verbiage. Our offer was submitted and ultimately the one that was chosen for our current home. My husband and I wouldn't have wanted any other person to walk us through this process and when we are ready to sell this current property and look for a new one Ron is who we will be calling.
