Ron has a strong background in the real estate industry helping Buyers, and sellers, and as a Property Manager, he earned his Realtor's license in 2002 and then the prestigious Real Estate Broker's license in 2006. He is a member of various local and state real estate professional organizations. He is a Master Mason and a member of the local Shrine organization helping kids. His focus is and has been helping those in the military community, especially first-time buyers and sellers. He has a proven track record of success with nearly 400 happy clients as a solo agent. He also has experience in Property Management and the various repair tasks associated with repair/maintenance tasks. Ron holds the following professional designations; GRI Graduate of the Realtor's Institute, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, and Military Relocation Specialist. After serving in the United States Navy for well over 29 years, he understands what it is like to serve. He listens and performs for his clients. Seller review300 Dominion Dr. I have a disability, and Ron was so patient while he helped me, and it was like he was a step ahead. He posted everything online, posted sighs, and had a great video made of the inside and outside of my house. Ron took great care of me, and when I didn't understand he spoke with my brother-in-law with my permission so the end result was positive. Everything Ron told me was right on point. He was right there when I needed him, and answered my every call right away. It didn't matter if it was a day off or not, he picked up the phone and and helped me. Ron had a perfect plan in my opinion. He recognized I have a disability, and rather than put me aside and just go, he found ways to help me understand, and when he had to, he spoke with my brother-in-law so he could help me understand, and assure me everything was great. If by chance someone else has a disability, I suggest they contact Ron to sell or purchase. I'm thankful. If anyone out there has a disability such as I Ron has the patients to help you. Nancy
