Seller reviewRose was helpful throughout the process. We never sold property before. She made suggestions prior to the listing. She came and we talked. Discussed what we needed to do. And was available when I had a question. She answers questions. When the buyer had an additional request after the inspection. Rose was there to assist with the needed confirmation from the plumber. She communicated with the buyers representative. She handled it to everyone's satisfaction. Made a potentially stressful situation for us, the sellers, into a "it is ok". And alleviated our stress. We had an offer less then 24 hours after the house was listed for viewing. The offer was excellent and we took it. Additional potential buyers wanted to view the house, but it was basically sold within hours of listing. I have already recommended Rose to other people who are planning to sell their homes.
